Correct me if I'm wrong, but from my experience, it means that the server you are trying to join uses some mods that are no longer available at the Steam Workshop, either because Steam or the author of such mods decided to take them down, and thus, you cannot longer download them.

Namdoolb View Profile View Posts. The one thing I can say for definite here is that the problem is not with your copy of the game. It could be bad communication with the steam network preventing the download of mods, or it could more likely be as Gabo has suggested: that one or more mods on the server no longer exist for whatever reason. Ask your friend if anyone else is having problems joining the server. Try and get a list of the enabled mods on the server so that you can try them out and see if there's a problem with any of them.
